Wer'e up and running with the new boat now and can carry up to 23 passengers .We have a stability ticket for 43 Oceans Route but are only going to carry half that amount of passengers to make our trips nice and comfortable. we'll be sailing open by reservation limited trips and also accepting charters for more info give me a call . look on the info link for our Blackfish charter special. 7/23 Had the Cypress group out again for some bass .The five accounted for 14 bass to 28lbs caught by Nick ,keeping a limit of ten. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

7/23 Had a half day bass trip with the Oneil group.the anglers had a good time catching 14 bass and some blues to 18lbs,keeping a limit of 8 .Highlight was a 4 foot long sand shark caught by Tammy. See pics in photo section-----------------------------------------------------------------

7/21 Had the 4 man Cypress group out tonight for some bass.The group managed 7 bass to 23lbs on bucktails and eels ,strong tide conditions made fishing difficult.

7/21 Moms and kids day for the Conklin group.With the moms help the children got to reel in 12 bass and some blues . Biggest bass was 22lbs caught by Megan. See pics in photo section.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

7/18 Greg Romanowski group and friends were out for some bass action tonight.The group ended up catching 10 bass keeping 4 for the table ,with a 25 ,26, and 37 lber that was caught by Alex ,his largest ever. 7/17 We hit the bass again tonight with the Fogarty group .The guys caught 15 bass to 25lbs keeping 7 of the smaller fish for the table ,and releasing the larger bass. See pic in photo section.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

7/14 We fished a short night bass trip with the Tedaldi group.Ended up with 7 bass to 25 lbs and 1/2 dozen blues ,and headed in early.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

7/9 Had a 1/2 day bass trip with the Ruskiewicz group this morning.The guys ended up with a bass each to 27lbs , which was caught by Sean and 3 bluefish. see pics in photo section.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

7/6We went bass fishing with the Jim Hooguis group tonight.The guys had a blast catching 17 bass ,keeping 12 for the table.Five of the fish were from 24 to 30 lbs. see pic in photo section.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

7/5 Went out with my my son Joe this evening for some catch and release fishing for bass. Ended up with 15 bass to 35 pounds . see pic in photo sec.

7/2 Got out for some night bass fishing with the Mike Columbus group. We had perfect weather conditions and very little boat traffic which was a bonus.The fishing was as good as it gets ,at the end of the night the group had caught 20 Bass and a couple blues. Out of a limit of ten ,nothing was under 22lbs ,with the largest going 47, 36 1/2 , 34, 32 1/2 lbs. see pics in photo section .

6/24 Fished last night with my son Joe .We fished the ebb at the Race With eels .Ended up with about two doz bass caught and released,with a 30+ lb and a couple 25+ lb fish being the largest. See pic in photo section.--------------------------------------------------------------------------

6/22 Had a group from the Calverton Links out for some night bass fishing.Went to the Race to fish the flood . Once the current got moving the guys started catching pretty good .By nights end the gang had caught twenty plus bass ,keeping a doz. for the table ,a few blues and a 5 lb fluke. Largest bass was 18 lbs caught by Tony. Bucktails did the trick. See photo in pic section.

6/19 Sun. We were out again with the Massino group for some night bass. We headed for the Race for some bucktailing. The group did catch and release with some short bass and blues till dusk.We then switched over to eels and started catching some quality fish.At the end of the trip the group had caught a doz. nice keeper bass ,keeping only 6 for the table. Largest fish was in the twenties.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

6/17 We had the Lucas group out tonight for bass .We went to the Race and caught the last of the flood ,and the first few hours of ebb. we caught a few keeper bass in the daylight ,and a couple of blues .Once the tide turned and the sun went down the fishing improved .Ended up the night with 9 bass to 25lbs with the rest in the teens and twentys.We dropped quite a few fish ,but thats fishing.Bucktails and eels were used .-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6/18 Fished a 1/2 day trip this morning with the Sutters group . Bass and blues were the Choice . Started at the Gut where we caught a load of blues and a few short bass. We then headed to the Race .Lots of traffic made the fishing tough ,but we ended up with 4 keeper bass to 21 lbs and some more blues.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6/18 We were back out tonight with the Riddell group for some Bass action. Headed to the Race and started off bucktailing ,before the current dropped out .Caught bass and bluefish with one keeper bass 18lbs . We then switched over to eels .The guys ended up with ten bass ,largest again 25 lbs with a few more in the twenties. 6/6 Today we had the Tyson group out . We went to the race for bass .Had a tuff morning fishing the flood .Ended up with 4 keepers and a load of shorts with a bunch of blues mixed in . Biggest bass was 16lbs .Swithched over for fluke in the afternoon .Went back up bay to fish the ebb. After a slow start we ended up with 8 keepers and 4shorts .The biggest were 8lbs 10oz and 5lbs 11oz caught by Carolyn Tyson and her brother Mike . 6/5 We had the Harding group out tonight for some bass action . Fished the flood at the race . We had good action with blues and some small bass before dark .Then it broke open and the group caught a limit plus of bass to 25lbs. Keeping 8 for the table. all action was on bucktails.-----------------------------------------------------------------

6/3 went out for bass friday night ,fished last of flood and start of ebb at the Race .caught fifteen bass and some blues ,most fish were in the 20lb class .Bucktails and eels ,perfect weather. see pics in photo section.---------------------------------------------------------------------

5/31 Had a great trip today with Capt. Neil Faulkner and friends , Bobby, Tom ,and Capt. Bill. We went up bay to the Greenlawns for some fluke action and weren't disappointed . We had a nice pick of fish on the ebb and ended up with 15 keepers to 6lbs caught by Tom ,with a load of cocktail blues and a big seabass. After we headed back to the gut to fish the flood for bass . The guys had a limit of bass up to 16lbs caught by Capt. Bill , and caught and released another dozen fish. 5/30 after being blown out earlier in the week we did manage to get out a few trips the past couple days. Fri. caught the afternoon ebb with the Murden group . Went up bay for fluke , Caught 17 fluke with 8 being keepers to about 3lbs .---------------------------------------------- Sun ,did a twilight bass trip with the Bieber group . Went to the Race , caught a mess of bass keeping 8 up to 20lbs . 10 year old Nick was high hook for the night with 4 fish . See pics in photo section.

5/21 Sat. Had the Bill and Barbara Elliott group out for some local fluke fishing .Worked the areas from Bug Light to the GreenLawns .Ended up the day with 18 Fluke to 5 lbs. The largest was caught by Jocko . We also had some bluefish and a couple of large porgies.The flood was the best as we had tuff wind against the tide conditions on the ebb. ---------------------------------------------We had the Walt Ruskowiecz group out for bass in the afternoon . Was able to fish Plum Gut ,the guys had a good pick of bass up to 23 1/2 lbs ,before we headed in . They kept only four for the table . Three waying bucktails did the trick.---- See the photo pages for some pics.

5/20 Had the Sal Elias group out today .Went to the race and picked away at the bass, ended up with ten up to 18 lbs, biggest was caught by Mike Iannello. We left to give the fluke a shot but that was very tuff .Did manage two about 21 inches before we ran out of tide and time.----------------------------------------------------------------------------

5/15 Had Rich and Joe and freinds from the N.Y. Sport Fishing Federation out today . We decided to make the run to the south side of montauk as the bay fishing has been a little slow. Ended up with 19 keepers to 6 1/2 lbs , caught by Allen .With the average about 3 1/2 lbs . Ouite a few shorts and skates in the mix.

5/2 We rescheduled this past weekends trips due to weather ,and the slow catching. Things are improving daily with more bait moving in .By the end of the week things should be good.We have plenty of dates available for FLUKE and BASS including some weekends give a call if interested.

FRI 4/29 Fished the opening day for fluke ,not to much happening yet ,had three bites all day with one keeper at 4lbs 14oz one short and one dropped fish . Fished the lawns ,harbor .about the same or slower for most that i talked to . Little early yet bait just starting to show show ,can only get better.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
